1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed, as our services involve time, resources, and AI-based tools that are immediately deployed upon project initiation.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The service has not been started and no work has been delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in a written contract or proposal.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Digital Advertising Costs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) already paid to third-party platforms.
- Completed services such as campaign setup, content creation, or strategy planning.
- Consultation fees once the consultation has been provided.
- Any service where performance depends on external factors, such as customer engagement or market trends.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide the following details:
- Full name and contact information
- Invoice or payment receipt
- Description of the issue and reason for requesting a refund

4. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been completed, we may issue a partial refund, deducting the cost of the services already rendered.
The final refund amount will be determined based on:
- The scope of work completed
- Third-party ad spend or tool subscriptions used on your behalf
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a client files a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- The client will be responsible for any fees incurred as a result.
- SM Global by AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the dispute is resolved.
7. Service Changes or Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a project before it starts, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you may be charged for the work completed up to that point.
8. No Performance-Based Guarantees
While we use AI-powered strategies to maximize results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as sales, leads, or engagement numbers, as these depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, audience behavior).
As such, non-performance is not a valid reason for a refund.
